Our Roots in the Construction Industry
Our story starts in the field! Before founding Limestone, Kyle Smallegange worked as a labourer on construction sites, gaining firsthand experience with the physical demands and day-to-day realities of the industry. He later transitioned into project coordination, managing infrastructure projects and working closely with foremen, engineers, and project managers, under the pressure of real timelines, shifting scopes, and complex approvals.
Kyle’s experience deepened further during his time in the engineering field, where he worked closely with contractors, owners, developers, architects, and municipalities across a range of infrastructure projects.
These roles gave him direct insight into industry language, stakeholder dynamics, and the buying psychology behind procurement and growth decisions, from the boardroom to the job site.
Today, Limestone is a digital marketing agency built specifically for the construction sector. We help companies across Canada tell their stories, attract skilled talent, and develop digital strategies that drive measurable business growth.
