Start with the basics. Tell us what you need, who it is for, approximately how many items you are looking for and when you need them. You do not need to know the exact product or decoration method.
2. We Help You Choose the Products
We will connect with you to better understand your needs and walk through suitable product options. We can help compare quality levels, colours, styles, branding options and budgets.
Kingston businesses can meet with us locally, while the entire process can also be handled remotely for businesses anywhere in Canada.
3. Review Options & Pricing
Once we understand what you are looking for, we will recommend suitable products and provide pricing based on your anticipated quantities. This allows you to compare options and adjust the order before collecting detailed sizing and employee information.
4. Finalize Your Order
Once you have selected the products and are comfortable with the pricing, we will collect the final order information. This may include: product selection, colours, quantities, apparel sizes, logo locations, individual names or personalization, and pickup or shipping information. We will then provide the final quote for approval.
5. Review Your Artwork
Before production begins, we provide a digital proof or mockup showing how your branding will appear on the selected products.
You will have an opportunity to review the artwork, placement, sizing and colours before approving production.
6. Production
Once the order and artwork are approved, we get to work. Much of our apparel and product decoration is completed right here in our Kingston building, allowing us to stay closely involved throughout production and quality review.
7. Pickup or Delivery
Once your order is complete, it can be picked up from our Kingston location or shipped directly to you anywhere in Canada.

We can assist with embroidery, apparel decoration, engraving and other customization options depending on the product.
Local businesses can pick up completed orders from our Kingston location, while orders can also be shipped anywhere across Canada.
